This Is Me.

Adulting is hard. That’s why I’m obsessed with encouraging folks to make friends with their inner child.

Embracing play. Making space for silliness. Meeting others with kindness and curiosity. I believe these qualities can nourish our souls at every age, keep us open to seeing the world in new ways, and provide a much needed balm to the heaviness of the world around us. Based in Toronto, I create communal refuges for people young and old to let their guard down, lean into their joy, and express their unique selves without apology. Consensually, of course.

My path to experience design was paved by two things: a life-long love affair with electronic music and its surrounding alternative arts and culture communities, and a creative career in film and television spent crafting delightful things for the eyes and ears.

In 2018, I co-founded Planet Fabulon, an arts collective devoted to exploring how live, communal experiences (filled with costumes, immersive storytelling, interactive art, dancing, and live performance) can be used as a medium for promoting connection, playfulness, and social change. In 2023, I was selected to participate in the Odyssey Works Experience Design Certificate Program, to expand the theoretical heft behind my self-taught experience design practice. Now there is much more method to my madness…

As a filmmaker, my work spans everything from progressive-minded comedies, to serious investigations of the illegal drug trade, to competition shows about cakes. Clients have included National Geographic, BBC, VICE, TLC, CBC, and CTV.
